Brian O'Connor

Personal and Business Coach

Embrace Evolving | Aspire Authenticity | Purposeful Living

BIOGRAPHY:

Brian is a certified personal and business coach, while being an entrepreneur at heart. His deep passion to help others uncover their masks and personal “stories,” helps him lead clients to the development of authenticity and self- awareness. He believes we are called to be the best version of ourselves.

Success and purpose is achievable for all, although it takes commitment, putting in the work, and the right guidance. After graduating as a student athlete from University of California at Davis, Brian experienced success in the Bay Area technology field in the late 1990s. He escalated up the corporate ladder with success at Oracle selling into Fortune
500 companies in the Automotive (General Motors, Ford), Aerospace (Raytheon), and Energy (Exxon) sectors.

In 2004, Brian jumped into the mortgage banking industry with Paramount Equity Mortgage. After quickly excelling and generating over $30 million in loan volume and 125 transactions in his first two years, he decided to make a new drastic change. He obtained his real estate brokers license in both California and Arizona and ventured out on his own.

Brian navigated through one of the toughest downturns in real estate history and continues to successfully lead a real estate and investment brokerage. He has over twenty plus years of professional experience in the real estate and mortgage industries and in corporate sales and management in the technology sector.

Brian has a proven track record in both a corporate and entrepreneurial emphasis; in personal and business coaching, commercial and residential real estate sales and investments, mortgage banking, enterprise sales, sales management and leadership, business development, corporate strategy, exceeding revenue targets, penetrating new lines of business, and strategic planning and complex project management in real estate development.

Brian currently serves on the Planning and Zoning Commission in the City of Litchfield Park and is a past president of the West Valley Mavericks Foundation. He enjoys summer sunsets at Donner Lake with his wife Kelly, snowboarding with his two daughters, traveling the world, family adventures, Crossfit, and the occasional yoga class.
